Schnucks Closing

Schnucks is officially leaving Memphis.  Kroger has bought out the Schnucks locations here.  A few stores will close, and the rest will be converted to Kroger stores.  Here is a list of which stores will close/convert, per the Commercial Appeal:

Schnucks stores that will be converted are:

— 1761 Union

— 1212 East Shelby Dr. — replacing the smaller Kroger at 1234 Finley

— 799 Truse Pkwy.

— 576 South Perkins

— 2942 Kirby Whitten in Bartlett

— 7735 Farmington Blvd. in Germantown

— 9025 U.S. Hwy. 64 in Lakeland — replacing the smaller Kroger at 9050 U.S. Hwy. 64

— 3926 Goodman in Horn Lake, Miss.

 

Schnucks stores that will be closed are:

— 6100 Quince in Memphis

— 3150 Village Shops in Germantown

— 945 Goodman in Southaven, Miss.

— 275 New Byhalia in Collierville

 

There are also seven Schnucks convenience stores that will be converted to Kwik Shops:

— 751 Truse Pkwy. in Memphis

— 6740 Stage in Bartlett

— 1210 Germantown Park in Cordova

— 9423 Poplar in Germantown

— 9023 U.S. Hwy. 64 in Lakeland

— 3950 Goodman in Horn Lake, Miss.

— 945-A Goodman in Southaven, Miss.
